Reflective
Sessions
An impartial space to stay connected to yourself.
Because not everyone needs regular in-depth therapy.
Sometimes you've already done deeper work and want somewhere to reflect and stay on track. Sometimes life feels broadly steady, but you value having a regular space to think things through before they become overwhelming.
Reflective Sessions offer exactly that: Meeting monthly, these conversations provide room to step back from the noise of everyday life, notice what matters, and make sense of whatever you're carrying. They're less often about working through a crisis and more about staying connected to yourself.
You might come with a difficult decision, changing relationships, work pressures, family life, or simply the feeling that you've drifted away from yourself a little.
There's no programme to complete and no pressure to have a clear goal.
Just a safe and trusted space to think, reflect and regain perspective.
Is this right for me?
Reflective Sessions may suit you if:
- you've completed therapy and would value ongoing monthly reflection
- you're looking for something lighter than regular psychotherapy
- you prefer space for thoughtful conversation rather than focused work
- you want to pro-actively invest in your wellbeing
How it differs from psychotherapy
Bespoke Psychotherapy is designed for deeper therapeutic work and usually involves meeting weekly or fortnightly over a period of time.
Reflective Sessions are different.
They're slower, more spacious, and designed as an ongoing monthly conversation that helps you remain psychologically well, navigate life's complexities, and continue growing without the commitment of regular therapy.
Fees: £95 (per 50 minute session)
