Reflective Sessions

What are Reflective Sessions?

They're extended (75 minute) monthly sessions that offer a dedicated space to stay connected to yourself, when you don't want or need the commitment of therapy.

They're for when life feels mostly steady, but you value and would like a space to pause and reflect. To step back from life's day to day pressures and make better sense of what's going on inside you. They’re less about change and more about utilising room to think more deeply and build more clarity.

How do they work?

You may bring a difficult decision, a relationship challenge, pressure at work, or have noticed that you've drifted a little - you also may not. There’s no need to arrive with a goal, unless one is present. They offer a safe and confidential space for thoughtful conversation, reflection and perspective.

Drawing on my combined experience as a operational executive, psychotherapist and a business owner, these sessions offer a somewhere trusted to stay connected to yourself - without the commitment of ongoing therapy.

Are they worth it?

Many people avoid investing in themselves because taking time to reflect feels like a luxury. I get that.

The question I encourage people to consider instead, isn't what this investment might cost, but what another year being run by understandable but outdated survival patterns might be costing them now.

Fees - £150 per 75-minute monthly session

I offer a free 20-minute introductory conversation to discuss your situation and see whether working together feels right for you. If you'd like to hear what previous clients have said about working with me, you'll find some testimonials here.
