Bespoke Psychotherapy

Whether you’re feeling anxious, stuck, lost, or struggling with trauma, loss, or relationship difficulties, I may be able to help.
I support individuals and families facing a wide range of difficulties, including anxiety, depression, addiction, relationship and family difficulties, parenting, grief, and life transitions, as well as the familiar knots of worry and worthiness we often feel in our bodies.
I draw on a range of approaches and tailor my work to each person. My practice has developed through a range of psychological traditions and many years of clinical work. Sessions may draw on cognitive, Jungian, somatic, and existential approaches, and can also include breath, movement, writing, EMDR, nature, and trauma-informed practices where appropriate.
My focus is on how you experience your life - your thoughts, feelings, body, relationships, and the stories you live by. Together we explore what feels stuck, what may need to shift, and what may need to be grieved, so there is more room for change and movement.
Fees per 50 minute session
Individual sessions: £80
Family sessions: £110 for two members + £20 per additional member
Everyone is different, so we’ll agree the goals and rhythm of our work together in the first session or two, and review as needed. You can attend online or in person in Haywards Heath. I offer a free 20 minute introductory call online to discuss your situation and decide if we would like to work together.
I'm a registered member of the bacp (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and adhere to their code of ethical conduct.
