I support individuals or families facing all kinds of messy struggles:

anxiety, depression, addiction, relationship issues, family conflicts, parenting, grief, transition, change, and the familiar tensions or knots of worry and worthiness we often carry in our chests guts or throats.

I work integratively and creatively, which essentially means I design bespoke therapeutic experiences for each client, using more than words as a tool. My approach has grown through the study of various theoretical styles and thousands of hours of work with people and their stories. Sessions draw on a mix of cognitive, jungian, somatic, and existential theories, and may also include breath, movement, writing, edmr, or nature if it feels relevant to your process.

Our approach will focus on how you experience things - your thoughts, your feelings, your body, your relationships, your identity, your work, and the stories and beliefs you’ve absorbed and live by. Both our past and present shape our future and therapy should provide a safe space to unravel what’s stuck, update what's needed, grieve what isn't - and ultimately enable room for change.

Fees per 50 minute session

Individual sessions: £75

Family sessions: £100 for two members + £20 per additional member

 

Everyone is different, so we’ll agree the goals and rhythm of our work together in the first session or two, and review as needed. You can attend online or in person in Haywards Heath. I offer a free 20–30 minute introductory call online to discuss your situation and decide if we would like to work together.
