Bespoke Psychotherapy

Whether you’re feeling anxious, stuck, lost, or struggling with trauma, loss, or relationship difficulties, I may be able to help.

I support individuals and families facing a wide range of difficulties, including anxiety, depression, addiction, relationship and family difficulties, parenting, grief, and life transitions, as well as the familiar knots of worry and worthiness we often feel in our bodies.

I work integratively and creatively. Which means I design bespoke therapeutic experiences for each client, using far more than words. My approach has grown through the study of many theories and thousands of hours working with people and their stories over the past decade. Sessions draw on a mix of cognitive, jungian, somatic, and existential theories, and may also include breath, movement, writing, edmr, nature and trauma release techniques.

My focus is on how you experience your life - your thoughts, feelings, body, relationships, and the stories you live by. Together we explore what feels stuck, what may need to shift, and what may need to be grieved, so there is space for change and movement.

Everyone is different, so we’ll agree the goals and rhythm of our work together in the first session, and review as needed. You can attend online or in person in Haywards Heath. I offer a free 20 minute introductory call online to discuss your situation and decide if we would like to work together.

Fees (per 50 minute session)

Individuals: £85 per session - weekly or fortnightly

Families: £110 for two members + £20 per additional member
