Talk Club

What is Talk Club?

It's a charity that provides talking and listening groups for men, aged 18 and above. The groups provide a safe place for men to come together to talk about the issues they have faced or are currently facing and listen to the same from other men.

How does it work?

While we are often told, “Don’t talk about it, just man up” - deep down, we all know that only makes things worse. So we encourage those attending to begin opening up by explaining how they feel - Out of 10. 1 being really bad and 10 being really good. Groups are designed to be free of pressure though, so there is no obligation to speak, you can simply listen if you wish and some do for the first few sessions.

So, If you're a man (aged 18 or above) and are looking for a supportive confidential space to talk and listen with other men, then Talk Club may be for you.
