Reflective Group
for healthcare professionals
The issue
Healthcare professionals face a critical challenge. To balance the inevitable difficulty of caring for self v caring for others. Without regular space to learn and refine ways to manage these two opposing poles, then overwhelm and burnout are to be expected.

A solution
An experiential group activity facilitated by an experienced Integrated Therapist in which healthcare professionals meet monthly to explore their experiences, focussing on the psychological and particularly, emotional symptoms that result.

How do the groups work?
The groups actively help attendees to understand how they’re feeling by allowing everyone attending to answer the question ‘How are you? Out of 10?’
(1 = really bad - 10 = really good) and explaining why, followed by exploring anything they are feeling grateful for. They are proven to help to build mental and emotional resilience. There is no obligation to speak initially, you can simply listen until you feel able to talk.

their own boundaried generosity, a vibrant method for balancing caring for others and caring for oneself.
